Caption Crossover

Thanks to for screencaps

Welcome to our new Caption Crossover theme where we wilfully, shamelessly, recklessly mess up captions and pics in search of FEEEEEEELINGS!!

We kick off with a classic moment from the pilot. Danny and McG have only just met. McG’s pulled rank on Danny already by getting the Governor to swear him in as head of her new taskforce over the phone at Danny’s crime scene and then co-opting him as his partner. Not only that, but he’s not even taking Danny’s advice and waiting for back-up! This is not going to end well. In fact, it’s going to end with Danny being shot, and then punching McG in the face.

Two years later, and how far we’ve come. Danny’s telling McG the story of why you should wait for backup. This being Danny and McG, he couldn’t do this over a beer, of course. No, he’s doing it while standing veeeeeery still because he’s been targeted by a bomb that wants to kill him. And if that happens, he’s thinking, who’s going to look after Monkey for him?

Good thing Danny doesn’t hate him, hate him so much any more…
